We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. This is an entry-level opportunity for fresh graduates who are interested in building a career in HR within the healthcare sector. The selected candidate will support day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement activities, recruitment coordination, and administrative tasks while ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Support employee onboarding by preparing joining documents and facilitating orientation programs.
- Maintain and update employee records, both physical and digital, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in attendance management, leave records, and employee documentation.
- Coordinate with various hospital departments for HR-related requirements.
- Help organize employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and wellness activities.
- Support the HR team in maintaining compliance with hospital policies and statutory requirements.
- Prepare HR reports, letters, and other documentation as required.
- Respond to employee queries and provide basic HR support.
- Assist with exit formalities and document collection when required.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by the reporting manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and employment practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
- Good attention to detail and time management skills.
Preferred Attributes
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (completed or pursuing) is preferred.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Internship experience in HR will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
