Job Description:
We are hiring a motivated and experienced Substation Automation Engineer for electrical substation projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in substation automation systems, protection panels, SCADA integration, and testing & commissioning activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Substation Automation / Electrical Substation Projects
- Knowledge of:
- SCADA Systems
- RTU & PLC
- Protection Relay Testing
- Control & Relay Panels
- IEC 61850 Protocol
- Substation commissioning activities
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Site travel readiness preferred
Responsibilities:
- Installation, testing & commissioning of SAS equipment
- Configuration of protection relays, RTU, and SCADA systems
- Troubleshooting automation and communication issues
- Coordination with site teams and clients
- Preparation of technical reports and documentation
