- Experience Stack Start 6–9 years in software engineering; min. 2 years leading a team Python (FastAPI) + React.js Immediate

- 6–9 years of hands-on professional software engineering experience with at least 2 years in a formal tech lead role Production-grade proficiency in React.js (hooks, state management, performance optimisation) Strong backend engineering in Python / FastAPI — REST API design, auth flows (JWT/OAuth2), rate limiting, dependency injection Deep hands-on experience with PostgreSQL — schema design, indexing, query optimisation, migrations (Alembic) Solid DevOps skills: Docker, Docker Compose, GitHub Actions or equivalent CI/CD, Linux server administration Cloud deployment experience on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda) or Azure with working knowledge of IAM and networking Experience with Redis for caching, session management, and async task queuing (Celery or ARQ) Strong code review discipline — ability to identify security issues, performance anti-patterns, and design flaws Experience building, mentoring, and holding accountability for a team of 5+ engineer
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
