As we continue to grow, we are looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Executive to strengthen our digital presence and showcase our design journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Edit, schedule, and publish engaging content including posts, stories, reels, and videos.
- Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with business goals and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with the design team to capture project photos, videos, site updates, and client testimonials.
- Stay updated with social media trends and implement innovative content ideas.
- Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics and prepare reports.
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, influencers, and external agencies when required.
- Support lead generation initiatives through social media campaigns and brand-building activities.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and social media best practices.
- Hands on experience in Video Editing tools (Capcut, VN, Adobe tools)
- Proficiency in Canva and basic graphic design tools.
- Knowledge of reel creation and video editing applications.
- Excellent communication and content-writing skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or Content Creation.
- Experience in interior design, architecture, real estate, home décor, or lifestyle brands will be preferred.

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Design Sales who can understand client requirements, provide design solutions, and convert inquiries into successful projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet prospective clients and understand their interior design requirements.
- Conduct client consultations and site visits when required.
- Present 3D design concepts, mood boards, and project proposals.
- Prepare quotations and explain project scope, timelines, and pricing.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed projects.
- Coordinate with the design and execution teams to ensure smooth project handover.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Update client interactions and sales progress in CRM or tracking systems.
- Stay informed about interior design trends, materials, and industry developments.
