Key Responsibilities
- Counsel clients on tourist and visitor visa requirements and guide profile enrollments.
- Manage client inquiries, assist with documentation, and follow up regularly.
- Achieve monthly client conversion targets and maintain front-desk operations.
Requirements
- Strong communication and convincing skills in Punjabi, English, and Hindi.
- Customer-focused attitude; graduation preferred.
- Prior experience in counseling or customer support is a plus.
