- Handle procurement of housekeeping, electrical, plumbing, MEP, STP/WTP, and other facility management materials.
- Source vendors, obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and issue Purchase Orders (POs).
- Coordinate with Operations, Site Teams, Stores, and Vendors to ensure timely material delivery.
- Verify vendor invoices, delivery challans, and purchase documents.
- Process vendor bills and coordinate with the Accounts team for timely payments.
- Maintain purchase records, vendor databases, invoices, and other procurement documentation.
- Prepare and maintain accounts-related records, including purchase entries, expense tracking, and invoice reconciliation.
- Assist in preparing GST-related documents, payment reconciliations, and monthly MIS reports.
- Monitor inventory levels and support stock management.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement and accounting policies while maintaining cost control and accurate financial records.
- Minimum 2+ yrs experience in FMS industry
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
