Roles & Responsibilities – Tele Sales Executive (Real Estate)
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Generate qualified leads for the sales team.
- Explain project details and key USPs.
- Understand customer requirements and preferences.
- Schedule site visits and meetings.
- Follow up with interested prospects regularly.
- Maintain daily call reports and CRM updates.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Qualify leads before forwarding to sales.
- Coordinate with the sales team for appointments.
- Share brochures, price lists, and project information.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Convince prospects to visit project sites.
- Handle inbound sales inquiries effectively.
- Update customers about offers and new launches.
- Ensure timely follow-up on missed leads.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
- Collect customer feedback after interactions.
- Assist in lead generation campaigns.
- Coordinate with marketing for lead updates.
- Verify customer information before scheduling.
- Meet conversion and appointment targets.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer data.
- Resolve basic customer concerns promptly.
- Monitor competitor offerings when required.
- Prepare daily performance reports.
- Follow company policies and sales processes.
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
