WHAT YOU’LL OWN
Playbooks — call scripts, email & WhatsApp sequences, objection-handling frameworks
Targets — daily call volume, meeting-booked KPIs, call quality scores
Priority accounts — personally handle complex qualifications & book meetings for field BMs
Pipeline hygiene — partner with the field sales lead on conversion and Zoho CRM discipline
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
1- 3 years of B2B inside sales
experience - Background in fintech, NBFC, lending, or insurance
Strong command of qualification frameworks and objection handling
Comfort with ZOHO CRM dashboards and data-driven sales management
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
