*Key Responsibilities*
Act as the first point of contact for members, guests, and visitors
Ensure a warm, professional, and engaging onboarding experience for new members
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, startups, and community members
Handle member queries, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally
Coordinate daily workspace operations including seating, meeting rooms, internet, housekeeping, and pantry management
Manage visitor entries, front desk operations, and reception activities
Organize community engagement activities, networking events, workshops, and member meetups
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for smooth operational support
Ensure the coworking space remains clean, organized, and operational at all times
Maintain records related to memberships, invoices, renewals, and daily operations
Assist in social media engagement and community promotion initiatives
Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.
*Required Skills & Qualifications*
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and Google Workspace
Customer-centric mindset with a positive attitude
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Good organizational and event coordination skills
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
