- Machine Operation: Set up and operate crimping machines, often including automated systems (e.g., KOMAX) to cut, strip, and terminate wires or connectors.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished products using measuring tools to verify dimensions, terminal security, and alignment.
- Maintenance: Perform routine preventative maintenance, such as cleaning, lubricating, and making minor repairs/adjustments to machines.
- Production Targets: Meet daily production goals by monitoring performance and troubleshooting minor operational issues.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area (5S standards).
