We are seeking a proactive HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring processes and support employee training initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic HR knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between management and employees.
Key Responsibilities Recruitment
- Post job openings on Indeed and other job portals
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements
- Coordinate interviews (telephonic, virtual, or in-person)
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers
- Follow up with candidates for interview schedules and joining formalities
Training & Onboarding
- Assist in new employee onboarding and induction
- Coordinate training sessions for new hires
- Maintain training records and attendance
- Support basic skill training (process, tools, policies)
- Collect feedback and report training effectiveness
HR Operations
- Maintain employee data and documentation
- Support basic HR policies and compliance
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements
- Handle day-to-day HR coordination and communication
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduation in HR / Management / Any discipline
- Basic knowledge of HR recruitment & training processes
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Email, Google tools)
- Organized, responsible, and people-friendly attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
