Role Overview
We are looking for two compassionate, organised and proactive Staff Nurses to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, supporting clinical operations and ensuring a seamless client experience with professionalism and empathy. The ideal candidates should possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities and a client-centred approach to care.
Key Responsibilities
. Provide safe and effective nursing care in accordance with centre protocols and professional standards.
. Conduct patient assessments, vitals monitoring and clinical observations accurately and efficiently.
. Support clinicians and therapists during procedures, therapies and follow-up care.
. Maintain patient records, documentation and appointment coordination with attention to detail.
. Build strong rapport with clients by offering reassurance, education and clear communication.
. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and positive treatment outcomes.
. Maintain cleanliness, organisation and readiness of clinical areas, equipment and supplies.
. Address client queries and concerns professionally, escalating when required.
. Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, health and safety standards and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements
. Previous clinical experience in a healthcare, wellness or hospital setting is preferred.
. Strong patient care and clinical assessment skills.
. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
. Professional, compassionate and client-focused attitude.
. Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to contribute positively to clinic operations and culture.
. Fluency in English is mandatory.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
