Position: Digital Marketing & Brand Executive
Department: Sales & Marketing
Location: Bhosari, Pune

Purpose of the Role:
Own the company’s digital marketing, branding and corporate communications to enhance brand visibility, generate qualified business leads, support product launches and strengthen customer engagement.

· Creative Design & Marketing Events & Exhibitions
· Website Management & Marketing Analytics
· EV App Vendor Coordination
Detailed Responsibilities:
· Develop & recommend annual marketing strategy, budget and monitor competitors.
· Manage social media platforms and Coordinate website content updates.
· Create brochures, catalogues, creatives, presentations and videos.
· Plan & execute Google & Meta Ads, LinkedIn campaigns and email marketing.
· Launch new EV chargers.
· Organize exhibitions, webinars, dealer meets, roadshows and customer events.
· Develop blogs, newsletters, PR articles and case studies.
· Coordinate with EV charging app vendor on branding, software features and campaigns.
· Work with Sales, Engineering and Management for product positioning.
· Prepare monthly dashboards, ROI reports and management presentations.
Stakeholder Management:
· Internal: Directors, Sales, Engineering, Production, Procurement, Accounts, Service.
· External: Customers, Dealers, Media Agencies, Designers, EV App Vendor.
Qualifications:
· Graduate in Marketing/Business/Mass Communication. MBA Marketing desired.
· 2–5 years relevant experience.
Technical Competencies:
· Canva Pro and/ or Adobe Creative Suite
· Google Analytics GA4, Google Ads & Meta Business Suite
· LinkedIn Campaign Manager
· WordPress, MS Office & AI tools (ChatGPT etc.)

Compensation & Benefits:
As per company policy, performance incentives, learning opportunities and career growth.
Working Hours:
Monday–Saturday. Probation: 4 months. Travel for exhibitions/events as required.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
