Position: Business Development Executive
Location: Gandhinagar / Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Salary: Up to 6 LPA
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive with a strong background in tech sales (preferably ERP domain) to drive business growth and build long-term client relationships.
Understand and assess client requirements to offer suitable solutions
Drive end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Manage and track the sales pipeline effectively
Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive advantages
Achieve sales targets and monitor performance metrics
Collaborate with internal teams for seamless client onboarding and delivery
Proven experience in tech sales (ERP preferred)
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Hands-on experience with CRM tools
Ability to build and nurture client relationships
Bachelor’s degree (Technical background preferred)
Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales
Experience in handling complete sales lifecycle is mandatory
