- Preferred age: 30–35 years
- Graduate in Hotel Management (preferred)
- Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in banquet operations, preferably in a star hotel, convention centre, or large banquet facility
- Sound knowledge of banquet operations, event execution, seating plans, dining layouts, and venue setup standards
- Experience in handling weddings, corporate events, and social functions
- Strong guest service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in Tamil and English (Hindi will be an added advantage)
- Willing to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays as per business requirements
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, and banquet/PMS software knowledge preferred)
- Experience in leading and managing a team of 12–20 associates
- Good leadership, coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Well-groomed, professional in appearance, and capable of maintaining high service standards
