Chef Wanted – Benne Dosa & South Indian Cuisine
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience preparing authentic South Indian dishes, especially Benne Dosa, Idli, Chutneys, and Sambar, while maintaining excellent taste, consistency, and hygiene.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare Benne Dosa, Plain Dosa, Ghee Dosa, Masala Dosa, Idli, and other South Indian dishes.
- Ensure consistent taste and quality in every order.
- Prepare chutneys, sambar, and other accompaniments daily.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Manage kitchen inventory and minimize food wastage.
- Work efficiently during busy hours and coordinate with the kitchen team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a South Indian Chef.
- Expertise in making crispy, authentic Benne Dosas.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Punctual, responsible, and team-oriented.
- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices.
Salary: Based on experience and skills.
