Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with at least 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have prior exposure to the Digital Marketing industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. The candidate should be presentable, proactive, and capable of driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business discussions.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Maintain and update sales records and reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related role.
- Experience in the Digital Marketing industry is mandatory/preferred.
- Fluency in Kannada, Hindi, and English.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong marketing and business development abilities.
- Presentable personality with a professional attitude.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of taking ownership of responsibilities.
- Ability to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates residing near Hoodi, Bangalore are preferred.
- Candidates willing to relocate to the Hoodi area may also apply.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
