Role Overview:
We are hiring a fresher for the Purchase & Procurement Executive position. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in vendor coordination, purchase order management, and inventory tracking within a fast-paced gifting industry environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and coordinating with vendors/suppliers for raw materials and packaging
- Raise and track purchase orders (POs) and follow up on timely delivery
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor details
- Support price comparisons and basic negotiation with suppliers
- Coordinate with the warehouse/inventory team for stock updates
- Handle documentation related to purchase and procurement processes
- Assist in maintaining vendor relationships and resolving delivery/quality issues
Candidate Requirements:
- Fresh graduate (any stream); MBA/BBA in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field preferred
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and basic computer applications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment
