Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Representative with experience in the textile industry and knowledge of handling IndiaMART inquiries. The candidate will be responsible for managing leads, communicating with clients, promoting textile products, and generating business through online platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries received from IndiaMART and other online platforms
- Communicate with customers via call, WhatsApp, and email
- Share product details, quotations, and pricing with clients
- Convert leads into sales orders
- Maintain customer relationships and follow-ups
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams
- Update customer records and sales reports
- Promote textile products to new buyers and markets
Required Skills
- Experience in textile sales or textile industry
- Knowledge of IndiaMART lead handling
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic computer and Excel knowledge
- Ability to achieve sales targets
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
