- Customers ke calls receive karna aur unki queries resolve karna.
- Products aur services se related information provide karna.
- Customer complaints ko professionally handle karna aur timely resolution dena.
- CRM mein customer interactions aur feedback update karna.
- Customers ko excellent service experience dena.
- Escalated issues ko concerned department tak pahunchana.
- Company policies aur processes ka palan karna.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer handling skills.
- Freshers and experienced both can apply.
