Key Responsibilities
1. Confidentiality, Loyalty & Integrity
- Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, integrity, professionalism, and loyalty.
- Handle highly sensitive information, strategic business plans, and confidential organizational matters with complete discretion.
2. Chairman's Office Management
- Oversee the complete functioning of the Chairman's Office.
- Exercise decision-making authority within delegated limits in the Chairman's absence.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative and operational management.
3. Execution & Follow-Up
- Communicate directives and instructions issued by the Chairman across departments.
- Monitor implementation and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and strategic initiatives.
- Track action items and provide regular status updates.
4. Administrative & Presentation Support
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and other productivity tools.
- Prepare professional reports, presentations, briefing notes, dashboards, and management documents as required.
5. Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate effectively with senior leadership, department heads, external stakeholders, and C-suite executives.
- Facilitate seamless communication and execution of organizational priorities.
6. Calendar & Schedule Management
- Manage the Chairman's calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily priorities.
- Ensure optimal utilization of the Chairman's time through efficient planning and scheduling.
7. Travel Support
- Accompany the Chairman on domestic and international business travel whenever required.
- Provide administrative, logistical, and coordination support during official visits.
8. Travel, Events & Expense Management
- Manage end-to-end travel arrangements, including ticketing, accommodation, transportation, and itinerary planning.
- Coordinate official events, meetings, conferences, invitations, reservations, and hospitality arrangements.
- Maintain records and process travel-related expenses and reimbursements.
9. Meeting Management
- Schedule, organize, and coordinate internal and external meetings.
- Attend meetings with the Chairman as required.
- Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM), action trackers, and follow-up reports.
- Ensure timely closure of action items arising from meetings.
- 10. HR - Management
- ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ø Human Resource Planning.
Ø HR Policy Formulation and implantation abilities.
Ø Ability to manage recruitment and selection process.
Ø Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and on boarding of new employees
Ø Ability to conduct induction and placement activities.
Ø To conduct training and development programs.
Ø Ability to develop and update HR programme and procedures.
Ø Ability to manage & calculate leaves.
Ø Expertise in pay role and salary calculation
Ø Ability to calculate compensation, incentives and benefits of the employees.
Ø Ability to manage payroll processes and ensure timely and accurate compensation for employees.
Ø Ability to handle and manage employee’s grievances.
Ø Managing people's satisfaction index and skill matrix.
Ø Conceptualizing and developing HR initiatives for improving productivity.
Ø Ability to manage and maintain files and documents pertaining to HR.
Ø Ability to Performance Appraisal Skills.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
