Job Description
We are looking for a Clerk cum Office Assistant to support daily administrative and clerical operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling office documentation, record maintenance, and general administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain office records, files, and documents.
- Handle data entry and maintain registers and databases.
- Assist with drafting letters, reports, and official correspondence.
- Manage photocopying, scanning, printing, and filing of documents.
- Coordinate with staff and vendors for day-to-day office activities.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist visitors when required.
- Support management with administrative and clerical duties.
- Perform other office-related tasks assigned by the management.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and a professional attitude.
