Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Influencer Collaboration Executive to identify, engage, and manage influencers and content creators for brand collaborations. The ideal candidate will coordinate campaigns, build long-term partnerships, and ensure successful execution of influencer marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement.
Key ResponsibilitiesInfluencer Identification & Outreach
- Research and identify relevant influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors.
- Reach out to influencers through email, social media, and other communication channels.
- Build and maintain a strong influencer database.
Collaboration Management
- Coordinate end-to-end influencer campaigns, from onboarding to campaign completion.
- Negotiate collaboration terms, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
- Ensure influencers deliver content as per brand guidelines.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers and agencies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all collaboration-related communication.
- Resolve queries and ensure a smooth collaboration experience.
Campaign Execution
- Coordinate product seeding, campaign launches, giveaways, and promotional activities.
- Track campaign schedules and ensure timely execution.
- Work closely with the marketing, content, and design teams.
Performance Monitoring
- Track campaign performance using key metrics such as:
- Reach
- Engagement
- Views
- Clicks
- Conversions
- Prepare campaign reports and recommend improvements.
Market Research
- Stay updated on influencer marketing trends and competitor campaigns.
- Identify emerging creators and new collaboration opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications

- 0–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or brand partnerships
- Freshers with internship experience in influencer marketing are encouraged to apply
