Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates and BOQs for HVAC projects including Chillers, AHUs, Cooling Towers, Pumps, and VRF/VRV systems.
- Perform quantity take-offs from drawings, BOQs, and tender documents.
- Conduct vendor comparisons, price analysis, and prepare costing sheets.
- Support the sales team with techno-commercial proposals and tender submissions.
- Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for technical specifications and pricing.
- Prepare technical submittals, compliance statements, and project documentation.
- Maintain estimation records and pricing databases.
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Procurement teams to ensure accurate and competitive project costing.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems
- Central Plant (Chilled water systems)
- VRF/VRV systems
- Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings and tender documents
- Proficiency in MS Excel (costing sheets, formulas, analysis)
- Basic understanding of HVAC design principles
- Good analytical and negotiation skills
- Experience with HVAC software/tools (HAP, Carrier, etc.)
Pay: ₹37,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
