Production Supervisor – FMCG Food Production Unit
We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor for our FMCG food manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily production operations, achieving production targets, supervising manpower, ensuring product quality, maintaining hygiene and food safety standards, and coordinating with the Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Dispatch teams for smooth production activities.
Required Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Dairy Technology, Production Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2–7 years of experience in bakery, namkeen, snacks, or FMCG food manufacturing.
Required Skills: Team handling, production planning, machine operation, food safety and hygiene knowledge, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), problem-solving, inventory control, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
