- Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and rate analysis
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flow
- Prepare and certify contractor bills and running account (RA) bills
- Manage variations, claims, and change orders
- Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and consultants
- Prepare tender documents and assist in vendor finalization
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations and payments
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and company policies
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction projects
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, and billing
- Familiarity with construction contracts and tendering procedures
