We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Guest Relations & Reservation Executive to handle inbound calls, coordinate bookings, and provide excellent customer support for our vacation rental properties. This is a hybrid role, with most work done from home and occasional on-site visits if required.
Selected candidates's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Answer and respond to incoming calls from guests and property owners/managers.
2. Handle reservation inquiries and block rooms based on availability.
3. Maintain communication with guests before, during, and after their stay.
4. Coordinate with property owners/managers to ensure smooth check-ins, check-outs, and guest satisfaction.
5. Update booking status in our internal systems accurately.
6. Resolve minor issues related to guest stays in a timely and professional manner.
7. Maintain a courteous and service-oriented attitude.
Requirements:
1. Must be fluent in Kannada.
2. Basic communication skills in English and Hindi.
3. Good phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills.
4. Basic computer and smartphone usage knowledge (calls, calendar, WhatsApp, etc.).
5. Prior customer service or hospitality experience is a plus.
Pay: From ₹9,000.00 per month
