Job Summary
AARMTech Engineering Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced BIM Manager with 8+ years of experience to lead BIM delivery for a large-scale institutional/judicial development project involving ELV systems, multidisciplinary coordination, and LOD 350–500 BIM deliverables.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in BIM execution, coordination, clash detection workflows, and project delivery management across ELV, Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead BIM execution and coordination across ELV, Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines
- Manage development of BIM models from LOD 350 to LOD 500
- Ensure compliance with BEP, BIM standards, naming conventions, and model structuring requirements
- Coordinate with ELV specialists, vendors, consultants, internal BIM teams, and client/main contractor representatives
- Conduct clash detection workflows, coordination meetings, model reviews, and approvals
- Manage models and documentation within ACC / BIM 360 Common Data Environment
- Support MIDP preparation, submission schedules, coordination logs, and issue tracking
- Oversee integration of asset information and LOD 500 data from vendors and subcontractors
- Monitor project progress, delivery timelines, and resource allocation
- Guide BIM coordinators and modelers for efficient project execution
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6–10 years of experience in BIM management and multidisciplinary coordination
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, ACC / BIM 360, and clash detection workflows
- Strong understanding of LOD 350 / 400 / 500 workflows, BEP, and BIM delivery standards
- Experience handling large-scale BIM coordination projects preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in institutional, infrastructure, or large-scale development projects
- Ability to manage multidisciplinary coordination independently
- Strong documentation and reporting capabilities
- Client-facing communication experience preferred
