The candidate will assist with administrative tasks, maintain records, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure the office runs smoothly. Key Responsibilities - Handle daily office administrative activities. - Maintain files, documents, and office records. - Answer phone calls and respond to emails. - Prepare basic reports and data entry in Excel. - Coordinate with vendors and internal departments. - Manage office stationery and supplies. - Schedule meetings and maintain office calendars. - Assist the HR and Accounts team with basic administrative work. - Welcome visitors and provide general office support. Requirements - Any Bachelor's Degree. - Freshers are welcome to apply. - Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. - Good communication skills in English and Tamil. - Willingness to learn and take responsibility. - Good organizational and time management skills.
