- Development experience with Magento including knowledge of best practices pertaining to the fundamentals of Magento development (extending existing functionality, developing custom extensions, etc.)
- Experience with object-oriented PHP development
- Solid MySQL experience
- Competent with MVC
- Multi-website, store view deployment
- Knowledge of optimization, caching, and scaling techniques
- Solid creative and problem solving skills
- Excellent communications skills
