We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Travel Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients in planning, booking, and managing their travel arrangements while providing excellent customer service from inquiry to trip completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand clients' travel needs and recommend suitable travel packages.
- Plan and book domestic and international tours.
- Arrange flights, hotels, transportation, sightseeing, visas, and travel insurance.
- Prepare customized itineraries and professional quotations.
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and travel partners.
- Handle booking modifications and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate booking records and customer information.
- Stay updated with travel trends, visa requirements, airline policies, and tourism regulations.
- Build long-term relationships with customers by providing exceptional service.
Requirements
- Experience in the travel industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Hindi proficiency is an added advantage.
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and online travel booking systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
