Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our hospitality team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring suitable candidates for hotel operations and corporate roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for hotel and hospitality positions
- Source candidates through job portals, references, and social media platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and management
- Schedule and manage walk-in interviews
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates regarding interview status and joining
- Prepare offer letters and assist in onboarding formalities
- Ensure timely closure of open positions
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of recruitment portals such as Indeed, Naukri, etc.
- Basic understanding of hotel operations and hospitality roles
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple requirements
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
Qualification:
- Graduate / MBA in HR preferred
- Prior recruitment experience in the hotel or hospitality industry will be an added advantage
