We are looking for an E-commerce Executive / Manager to Manage the end-to-end operations of our E-commerce accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.,
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2+ years of experience in Key working for large e-commerce companies/ handling eCommerce/ online accounts- a marketplace especially for Toys & Party Supplies brands.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; Highly organized, a self-starter, resilient, and able to perform under pressure.
- Track record of delivery, goal-oriented along with the ability to set clear priorities and meets deadlines.
- Result-oriented, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated.
- Responsibilities and Duties
- Boost online sales and manage Indian/Int—marketplaces - Amazon India, Flipkart Meesho, etc.
- Product listing on new marketplaces
- Drive traffic enhance sales and manage global online marketplaces
- Create and manage Marketplace-specific promotions and offers; Run paid advertisements/sponsored ads, Keyword Campaign Management, Customer review generation, and management.
- Execute marketplace management activities like registering on marketplaces, creating stores, enhancing listing, and interacting with respective category heads of different marketplaces.
- Catalog/Content Management - manage catalog listings for different Marketplaces; Research category-specific relevant keywords and map competitive sellers & content optimization
- Maintaining Rich content for Product pages like Title, Description, Images, and Keywords to ensure product and brand rank organically; share insights to achieve price competitiveness
- Handle day-to-day marketplace operations Inventory management, Order processing for marketplaces and portal; Tracking fulfilled / non-fulfilled orders, reporting and managing returns; Payment Reconciliation - Courier Return, Customer Return, etc.
- Interacting with customers & vendors for product-related queries, complaints, or the valuable feedback
- Hands-on experience in social media marketing (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) to drive traffic to marketplace stores to boost visibility and sales
- Accurately forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams
- Own revenue numbers for the segments or accounts being handled
- Maintain and develop connections and relationships with key persons within accounts and prospects
- Negotiate commercial terms to close sales for key deals
- Map accounts end-to-end to identify key opportunities to grow the account through cross-selling and up-selling.
- Recruiting Team & training
- Coordinate with various internal teams like Sourcing, eCommerce, Marketing, and Warehouse teams
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
