Job Title: Quality Analyst (Civil Engineering)

Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Quality Analyst with a Civil Engineering background to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout construction projects. The ideal candidate should have 4–8 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control for civil construction works.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and project requirements.
- Conduct inspections of construction activities, materials, and workmanship.
- Review drawings, specifications, and quality procedures.
- Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, and test records.
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors to resolve quality-related issues.
- Ensure testing of construction materials as per applicable standards.
- Identify non-conformities and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Participate in internal quality audits and site inspections.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements related to quality.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 4–8 years of relevant experience in QA/QC or Quality Assurance in civil construction projects.
- Good knowledge of construction materials, testing procedures, and quality standards.
- Familiarity with IS codes, QA/QC processes, and construction documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Good coordination and reporting skills.
Compensation: ₹35,000–₹40,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance).
