Job Summary
The HR & Admin Sr. Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day human resources and administrative activities for the garment manufacturing unit. The role ensures effective manpower planning, employee engagement, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, factory administration, and smooth HR operations while maintaining compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Manage end-to-end recruitment of workers, staff, and supervisors.
- Conduct employee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs.
- Maintain employee personnel files and HR records.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and shift schedules.
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with the payroll team.
- Handle employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and separations.
- Conduct exit interviews and complete full and final settlement documentation.
- Address employee grievances and support disciplinary procedures.
- Maintain employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Assist in performance appraisal and training initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and manpower analysis.
Factory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and factory regulations.
- Maintain statutory registers and employee documentation.
- Coordinate statutory audits and compliance inspections.
- Support implementation of health, safety, and workplace policies.
Administration
- Oversee housekeeping, security, transport, canteen, and facility management.
- Manage office supplies, uniforms, PPE, and employee amenities.
- Coordinate vendor management and administrative service contracts.
- Monitor maintenance of office and factory facilities.
- Support travel arrangements and accommodation for employees and visitors.
- Ensure proper record keeping of administrative expenses and assets.
Employee Relations
- Foster positive employee relations within the factory.
- Organize employee engagement activities and awareness programs.
- Support conflict resolution and maintain a healthy work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM/MSW in Human Resources is preferred.
Experience
- 5–8 years of HR & Administration experience in the garment/apparel manufacturing industry.
- Experience in a shirts manufacturing factory will be an added advantage.
Skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience with payroll coordination and attendance systems.
- Strong recruitment and employee relations skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and HRMS software.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
