1) Jr. Production Engineer - 1-2 Years of Experience
Job Description:
- Involved with product design, planning, controlling, production engineering, supervising, enforcing systems, policies and procedures.
- Maintains work flow by monitoring steps of the process; setting processing variables; observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources.
- Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
- Implementing cost reductions; developing reporting procedures and systems; facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards & work with store personnel to identify and maintain inventory. Evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Provides manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data; answering questions and responding to requests.
- Responsible for maintenance of equipment; new equipment and techniques.
- Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points(Health, Safety & Environment), equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Resolves product related problem, Which is in the premises and outside the premises (Like Vendor and customer)
- Liaising among different departments, e.g. suppliers, manager.
- Involved in the systems like 5S, ERP, ISO, and 6 sigma, etc.
- Initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between unit & departments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in sheet metal fabrication field.
- Reliable & Responsible
- Strong understanding of production processes and control.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
