Roles & Responsibilities
- Understand client hiring requirements and staffing needs.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
- Identify potential clients through market research, LinkedIn, job portals, and other sources.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
- Follow up on leads and business opportunities regularly.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, hiring demands, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong interest in sales.
- Confidence in handling client conversations.
