Responsibilities
1. Operations
* Manage bookings and coordination for new and ongoing tours, including flight ticket reservations.
* Ensure smooth execution of tour operations by coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
* Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client preferences.
2. Visa Applications
* Assist clients with visa documentation, application preparation, and submission processes.
* Provide guidance on required documents, timelines, and embassy/consulate procedures.
- Track application status and maintain communication with clients until completion.
3. Itinerary Creation
* Design customized travel itineraries based on client needs and preferences.
* Research destinations, activities, accommodations, and logistics to create detailed, user-friendly itineraries.
* Ensure itineraries align with budget, travel style, and operational feasibility.
4. Client Coordination
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the travel planning and execution process.
* Handle client queries, provide timely updates, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
