Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
Manage and maintain the Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and MOMs (Minutes of Meeting).
Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion of action items.
Administrative Coordination
Organize and maintain confidential files, documents, and records.
Coordinate business meetings, conferences, and company events.
Draft professional emails, letters, presentations, and business documents.
Manage office supplies and administrative requirements for the executive office.
Assist in preparing MIS reports and management dashboards.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
Handle communication with clients, vendors, and business partners professionally.
Coordinate with department heads regarding project updates and business requirements.
Maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders.
Travel & Event Management
Arrange travel bookings, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, workshops, and corporate events.
Ensure seamless execution of executive visits and business engagements.
Confidentiality & Compliance
Handle sensitive business information with complete confidentiality.
Maintain professionalism and discretion in all interactions.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or related field.
2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Coordinator.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
High level of confidentiality and professional ethics.
Good presentation and documentation skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
