Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through company-generated data and self-sourcing.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits.
- Follow up with prospective buyers and maintain strong client relationships.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly targets.
- Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and property owners.
- Maintain accurate client records and daily activities in CRM.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and booking documentation.
- Stay updated with market trends, new project launches, and competitor activities.
- Ensure excellent customer service from inquiry to deal closure.
Candidate Requirements
- 3–8 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Strong knowledge of Noida, Greater Noida, Greater Noida West, Yamuna Expressway, and Delhi NCR real estate market.
- Experience in Residential and/or Commercial property sales.
- Ability to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Proficient in CRM and MS Office.
- Graduation in any discipline (MBA in Marketing is preferred).
Preferred Candidate
- Experience with reputed real estate developers or channel partners.
- Strong network of investors, brokers, and HNI clients.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
