We are looking for a driven Inside Sales Executive with 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in a product-based company. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in lead generation, prospecting, client engagement, and closing software sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and CRM skills are essential.
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting, cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure.
- Conduct product demonstrations and effectively communicate product value to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable SaaS solutions.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to drive business growth.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and activity reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of Inside Sales experience in a SaaS product company.
- Experience selling B2B software solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar.
