About PickleMonk Studios
PickleMonk Studios is a multi-functional content creation space designed for brands, businesses and creators. We host podcasts, interviews, product shoots, food shoots, photography sessions and video productions under one roof.
We're looking for a Junior Studio Videographer who can confidently operate cameras inside the studio, assist clients during shoots, and ensure every session runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate cameras for podcasts, interviews, product shoots, food shoots and studio productions.
- Set up cameras, tripods, lighting, microphones and other studio equipment before every booking.
- Assist clients and creators during shoots with framing, camera angles and technical support.
- Ensure proper exposure, focus, white balance and audio quality throughout every session.
- Prepare and reset studio spaces between bookings.
- Manage batteries, memory cards, lenses, cables and production accessories.
- Maintain studio equipment and report any maintenance requirements.
- Capture BTS footage whenever required.
- Coordinate with the Studio Manager to ensure timely shoot execution.
- Follow studio SOPs and maintain a clean, organised production environment.
Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in videography or studio production.
- Basic understanding of camera settings, composition and lighting.
- Knowledge of mirrorless camera systems (Sony, Canon or similar).
- Familiarity with wireless microphones and studio audio setup.
- Comfortable operating tripods, sliders and gimbals.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues independently.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different types of productions.
Bonus Skills
- Basic editing knowledge in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
- Photography skills.
- Experience in podcast or livestream production.

You'll work alongside creative directors, cinematographers and production teams, gaining hands-on experience across commercial filmmaking, branded content and high-quality studio productions. High performers will have opportunities to grow into Studio Videographer, Senior Videographer, and eventually Cinematographer roles.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
