- Job Description:
- Lead the manufacturing activities for development of products, moulds, and engineering solutions used in railway, metro, highway, and infrastructure projects.
- Productionize, and optimize Precast Concrete Moulds, Sheet Metal Buffer Moulds, fabrication fixtures, and production tooling.
- Manage end-to-end product development activities from concept, design, prototyping, testing, and final production.
- Drive innovation initiatives to improve product performance, manufacturability, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Conduct engineering analysis, design reviews, and validation of new products and manufacturing processes.
- Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and quality teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Develop manufacturing standards, work instructions, and process improvement initiatives.
- Identify and implement automation and lean manufacturing practices to enhance productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor and guide R&D engineers, designers, and manufacturing team members.
- Support management in strategic planning, budgeting, and capacity enhancement for manufacturing operations.
- Monitor project timelines, resource allocation, and achievement of departmental objectives.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
