The Junior HR Executive is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, employee records, statutory compliance, and employee engagement while ensuring smooth HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Handle employee onboarding and induction processes.
- Maintain employee personal files and HR records accurately.
- Monitor daily attendance, leave, and shift details.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Support payroll by maintaining attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate employee joining and exit formalities.
- Assist in PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance documentation.
- Handle employee queries and provide HR support.
- Organize employee engagement activities, training, and welfare programs.
- Update HR MIS reports and maintain databases.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliances is preferred.
Qualification
- MBA / MSW / BBA / B.Com / Any Graduate with HR specialization.
Experience
- Freshers or 0–2 years of experience in Human Resources.
Pay: ₹9,115.20 - ₹17,000.00 per month
