Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Agentforce Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce Agentforce, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce CRM Development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions while leveraging Agentforce to build AI-powered agent experiences. This role requires strong hands-on experience with Salesforce customization, integrations, and modern development best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and support Salesforce CRM applications.
- Configure and implement Salesforce Agentforce, including agent setup, orchestration, and AI-driven workflows.
- Develop and maintain Apex Classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce Pages, and Aura Components.
- Build scalable and reusable Salesforce solutions following object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Integrate Salesforce with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
- Customize and enhance Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities.
- Develop responsive user interfaces using Lightning, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Perform deployments using Salesforce Metadata API and release management processes.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and implement enhancements.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and technical design discussions.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of Salesforce Development experience.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce, including agent configuration and orchestration.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Knowledge of Salesforce deployment processes, Metadata API, and release management.
- Experience with Salesforce data management and MySQL.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Platform Developer Certification.
- Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Exposure to AI-powered Salesforce solutions and Agentforce use cases.
