The Asst Manager - Cold Store is responsible for overseeing the operations of the cold storage facility, ensuring the proper handling, storage, and distribution of temperature-sensitive goods. This role involves managing a team of cold storage workers and supervisors, monitoring inventory, and maintaining equipment to meet quality and safety standards.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Team Leadership: Lead, train, and supervise a team of cold storage workers and supervisors. Schedule shifts, assign tasks, and ensure compliance with operational procedures.
Cold Storage Operations: Monitor and maintain cold storage equipment to ensure proper functioning and temperature control. Oversee the loading and unloading of temperature-sensitive goods in compliance with safety protocols.
Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks to track stock levels and ensure accurate recordkeeping. Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to manage inbound and outbound shipments.
Quality Assurance: Enforce quality control procedures to ensure that products meet specified temperature and quality standards. Conduct regular inspections of stored goods to identify and address any issues promptly.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹41,500.00 per month
