Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant located in Mysore. The Senior Accountant will oversee and manage general accounting functions such as preparing financial records, reconciling accounts, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, monitoring budgets, and analyzing financial data. This role will collaborate with other departments to provide accurate and timely financial reports, support audits, and optimize accounting processes. Rigorous attention to detail, organization, and efficient execution of tasks are essential components of this position.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Financial Accounting, Budgeting, and Financial Analysis
- Experience with Taxation, Compliance, and Regulatory Reporting
- Advanced knowledge in Payroll Processing and Accounts Payable/Receivable
- Expertise in Accounting Software, ERP systems, and MS Excel
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA or CPA qualification is a plus)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- Familiarity with managing audits and optimizing internal controls
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally
- Prior experience working in finance within healthcare or related industries (preferred but not required)
