- Engage with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and email to explain interior design services.
- Understand client requirements and share project details with the design team.
- Schedule appointments and design consultations for clients with designers.
- Maintain follow-up communication to ensure lead conversion and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth workflow.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and client communication in CRM tools.
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead conversion targets.
