Mahatma Gandhi College of Nursing invites applications from qualified and dedicated candidates for the position of Assistant Professor in Medical Surgical Nursing (MSN). The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching nursing students, supervising clinical training, and contributing to academic and research activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Teach B.Sc. Nursing and GNM students in Medical Surgical Nursing.
- Conduct classroom lectures, tutorials, and practical demonstrations.
- Supervise students during clinical postings and hospital training.
- Guide students in assignments, seminars, case studies, and research activities.
- Participate in curriculum planning and departmental academic activities.
- Maintain academic records and ensure compliance with INC/RNC guidelines.
Qualifications:
✔ M.Sc. Nursing in Medical Surgical Nursing (MSN) from a recognized institution.
✔ Teaching experience preferred.
✔ Good communication, clinical, and mentoring skills.
