Prepare venture-wise and staff-wise sales reports.

Track admissions, revenue collection, target achievement, and conversion performance.

Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.

Analyze Meta Ads and Google Ads performance, including CPL, CPI, and ROI.

Monitor website enquiries, landing page performance, and conversions.

Track app downloads, registrations, active users, engagement, retention, ratings, and reviews.

Verify attendance and productivity reports.

Monitor staff follow-ups, demos, admissions, and faculty performance metrics.

Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports.

Maintain management dashboards and present key business insights, trends, and recommendations.
